Needle Installation

  1. Step 1: Turn the white needle lock from the left (9:00 position) to the right (3:00 position) to unlock the needle.
  2. Step 2: Align the groove on the needle with the slot inside the gun. Carefully insert the needle into the front opening (nose) of the gun until it is fully seated.
  3. Step 3: Once inserted, turn the white lock back to the 9:00 position to secure the needle. If you feel resistance, the needle may not be aligned correctly—remove and reinsert, then try again.
  4. Step 4: Squeeze the trigger to confirm the needle is properly installed and locked in place

Note: Always point the tool away from yourself and others during setup and use.

 

Loading Fasteners

  1. Step 1: Squeeze and hold the trigger.
  2. Step 2: Insert the fastener strip into the T-shaped slot at the top of the gun. Push gently until you feel it click into place.
  3. Step 3: Release the trigger, then lightly pull on the strip to ensure it is securely loaded. A properly installed strip should remain fixed in position.
  4. Step 4: Test the setup by squeezing the trigger and observing the fastener feeding through the needle.

If the fastener does not feed properly: remove the needle, pull out the strip, and reload it. Reinstall the needle and repeat the steps above to ensure proper alignment.
